The Brain Edit Retreats in the Press

Mental health and Wellness retreats are trending at the moment.

People are searching for that one special experience, hopefully set in some beautiful location that will help them reset their lives. In a world where technology is all about being switched on and continuously connected, people are opting for a reason to switch off.

I decided to create my own retreats and bring my “The Brain Edit” programme to people, in either a 3 or 4 day format. Christian Louboutin, who has always been intuitive and ahead of the pack saw the value that this retreat could afford people, so offered his beautiful Vermelho Hotel, in Melides as the venue.

The first retreat was launched last year, very successfully and I got unbelievable feedback.

“The Brain Edit” Retreat at Vermelho has also received loads of press from being mentioned in “Spa Business”, in an interview with Christian himself to a great feature in Harpers Bazaar that will be available on the shelves this September 2025.

The next retreat date is the 23rd – 26th of November, 2025. Bookings are open now and there is a further 10% discount for bookings made before the end of August 2025.
